Introduction
The Right Leader for the District |
Acquanetta Warren is well positioned to win in Assembly District 63 (Emmerson) which will be open due to term limits.
Warren has earned a reputation as a tenacious worker and phenomenal fundraiser – setting records in each of her City Council races and raising over $1 million for the MLK Children’s Library. She’s the founder of Healthy Fontana, which is being duplicated in cities throughout California. She sits on the Casa Colina Hospital Foundation Board, recently served on the State Parks Commission and has built extensive relationships serving on numerous regional boards.
Warren is a problem-solving Councilwoman who has led Fontana to unprecedented prosperity with balanced budgets, strong public safety and reduced taxes on businesses. She has strong GOP credentials, having served on the Republican Party Executive Board, yet maintains solid relationships on both sides of the aisle.
Warren is supported by Assemblyman Paul Cook and local elected officials throughout the district. She has put together a winning team. Lead consultant Tab Berg successfully piloted Cook’s winning effort in neighboring AD as well as numerous local campaigns in the district. Fundraising will be directed by Michael Fresquez, who has worked with Cook, Congresswoman Mary Bono, CA Republican Party and other successful campaigns. To ensure a strong grassroots, the campaign has brought on Taryn McDonald, who built one of the largest grassroots efforts in the area – recruiting dozens of enthusiastic young workers (many of them children of area local elected officials) to help push Warren’s message of budget reform, fiscal discipline and cooperation in Sacramento. |
